Tactics, teamwork and pure skill combine in these mobile MOBAs

If you're familiar with MOBAs, a few things probably spring to mind alongside two prominent examples - DOTA 2 and League of Legends. There might be a few negatives, like constantly losing because of terrible teammates or enduring toxic communities. While those things are, sadly, true, when a MOBA clicks, there's no multiplayer experience quite like it. It brings together teamwork, strategy and skill in ways you won't find in a shooter dedicated to Team Deathmatch or similar modes. And on mobile, the communities tend to be more pleasant, so that's a lovely bonus. We've included four MOBAs below, each bringing something to the table, whether that's a more casual approach to the genre or a different viewpoint than you might be accustomed to.
